Dick Hamparsumian founded Cooper One Fourteen in 2018 as the continuation of a real estate practice that began with K Investment Co. in 1960. As Founder and Managing Principal, he is responsible for the firm's brokerage, advisory, investment, residential, and strategic work from Newport Beach.
His perspective is shaped by direct participation in real estate investment, brokerage, asset management, and advisory work across commercial and residential property types. He approaches each assignment as part of a broader decision — one that involves timing, risk, capital, market position, and long-term value — because that is how the firm has always approached real estate.
Under his stewardship, Cooper One Fourteen has developed into an independent real estate platform serving owners, investors, buyers, sellers, and business leaders who expect careful counsel and thoughtful execution. Dick also serves as Chair and Executive Director of the Ronald N. Krajian Foundation, continuing the philanthropic commitment that Ron Krajian modeled throughout his life.

Ronald N. Krajian established K Investment Co. in 1960 and built the company through real estate ownership, investment, and development across California and beyond. Over decades, Ron developed a reputation for disciplined decision-making, lasting relationships, and quiet success in land, development, and investment opportunities. He was as well known for his generosity and his gift for lasting relationships as he was for his business acumen.
His principles continue to shape Cooper One Fourteen's approach to ownership, advisory work, and client relationships. They are reflected in the Ronald N. Krajian Foundation, a private charitable foundation dedicated to supporting children and families in need.

He began his real estate career in New York with the Robby Browne Team of The Corcoran Group, where he gained experience serving sophisticated and discerning clientele in one of the country's most competitive residential markets, developing an appreciation for personalized service, discretion, and attention to detail.
He later spent eight years with Lennar, one of the nation's largest homebuilders, advising buyers throughout the new home acquisition process and gaining extensive experience in residential sales, construction, and customer experience.
Today, Joshua works alongside his mother, Denise Selbe, as part of The Selbe Team, combining broad industry experience with a thoughtful, relationship-driven approach to residential real estate throughout Southern California.
